At-risk youth get the training and experience they need to succeed.
Orillia, Ontario March 18th, 2010: Orillia Laser Tag wanted the best equipment the industry had to offer when creating their new at-risk youth training center. Laserforce's Gen6 was decided to be that product and will debut shortly in Orillia. Gen6 is the industries' most advanced, versatile, and durable product available today.
The jungle-themed laser tag facility will be run by the Orillia Youth Social Enterprise Corp., a part of the Orillia Area Community Development Corp. (CDC), which began the youth-driven corporation over a year ago with assistance from an Ontario Trillium Foundation grant. The goal of the business is to hire and provide training and real-world experience to youth who are having trouble overcoming employment barriers.
Orilia Laser Tag will not only offer laser tag but will also offer an arcade, Lazer Frenzy, and full concessions. Playing in their 2,700 sq.ft. jungle ruins themed arena will evoke a primal heart pounding thrill as you navigate through it looking for opponents. Will you find them around the next corner?
